2022 Declaration of Independence by We The People of the United States of America

We The People lay the foundation and organizing power of this 2022 Declaration of Independence on such foundation and principles of the original Declaration of Independence ratified on July 4, 1776.
In order to form a more perfect union, and to proclaim to Ourselves and the world what We believe in and stand for, We The People declare that all human beings are created equal, and they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, and among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. --To secure these rights, governments are instituted… deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. --Whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, as it has now, in this year of 2022, it is the Right and the Duty of We The People to alter it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form that seems most likely to Us to effect Our Safety and Happiness.
We The People so state that Now is the time in the course of human events when it has become necessary to reform the old political bands and to assume among Us the right to alter the government which has become destructive to Our Life and Liberty, and now call for the institution of an improved Government.
Two Hundred and Forty-Six years after the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776, when We The People dissolved Our political bands with the King of Great Britain, We The People must now reform the political bands with the current President of the United States, Joe Biden, his administration, and The Federal Reserve.
In response to recent economic and political events, We The People, as the living keepers of American democracy, so state that We are now and forevermore Separate from President Joe Biden and his administration as he has demonstrated that he is unfit to represent a Free People; and We relieve of duty the collection of privately held banks known as The Federal Reserve, as it has created a corrupt financial system and has demonstrated that it is unfit to manage the financial affairs of We The People.
We The People of the United States of America will not tolerate nor acquiesce to any governmental action—domestic, foreign, or global—attempting to limit, infringe, suppress, undermine or control Our unalienable rights as We Are Sovereign, Divine Beings.
As the Living Keepers of American democracy, We The People herein immediately strike down as Unconstitutional:
(1) Executive Order 14067 signed on March 9, 2022, wherein President Biden has combined with the Federal Reserve to implement a digital, traceable U.S. currency—an act that We The People deem as a threat to our liberty and prosperity and destructive to the value of the U.S. Dollar. We The People state that no law shall be made to impede the circulation of free U.S. Reserve notes nor replace paper and coin currency with an electronic currency at any time. Further, We The People forbid the Federal Reserve to pursue or implement a central bank digital currency (CBDC) and hereby divest The Federal Reserve of its power and authority to implement Federal Reserve System Docket No. OP-1670, including the FedNow Service;
(2) Amendments to the International Health Regulations of the World Health Organization, which are binding under international law, submitted on January 18, 2022 by President Biden’s administration—an act We The People deem as a threat to U.S. sovereignty and our civil rights under the U.S. Constitution should the World Health Organization determine a public health emergency exists. We The People state that We make no agreement to amend the International Health Regulations and no law shall be made to undermine Our sovereignty to make personal health care decisions for Ourselves, Our children, and/or those in Our custody and care at any time and under any condition or circumstance including a global health emergency; and
(3) President Biden’s declaration, signed on November 21, 2022, vowing to implement a Global Vaccine Passport for international travel. We The People state that we shall not be subject to a “digital health certificate”, “digital ID” or “vaccine passport”. We further state that no declaration or law shall be made to coerce Us to submit to forced, unnecessary and/or unsafe vaccines against Our will and hereby withdraw U.S. participation in the World Health Organization and its Pandemic Treaty, and any other international or domestic health treaties, declarations, commitments, partnerships, or agreements that would render the U.S. Constitution or any civil rights under the U.S. Constitution void at any time, under any condition or circumstance including a global health emergency. Any agreements undertaken should prohibit any threat to the constitutional sovereignty of the U.S. and the unalienable rights of its citizens and prohibit interference with an individual's right to make all medical and health-related decisions for themself, their minor child, or any individual for whom they hold legal medical power of attorney; and shall prohibit bio-surveillance and the collection of medical or health-related data.
President Biden has refused to sign other laws that would elevate and remedy Our suffering. He instead chooses to perpetuate the distortion of Our economy and the transfer of wealth with the cooperation of the Federal Reserve by continuing the practice of printing ever increasing amounts of money since We The People were unilaterally forced into a lockdown during the Covid-19 pandemic, subjecting Us to higher inflation, making Us dependent on government handouts, and destroying the will of We The People for honest labor and human achievement. The Federal Reserve has robbed Us through the stock market including through the CARES Act by providing billions of dollars of America’s wealth with zero interest, creating a redistribution of wealth from We The People to elites, leaving Us to live a “paycheck to paycheck” existence of abject poverty and hopelessness.
We The People are resolved to provide new Guards for Our future security. We The People are resolved that the right of The People to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed. We shall never relinquish that cherished right as the use of arms is not to harm the citizenry of America, but to protect We The People from the unwanted intrusion of any and all governments—U.S., global, foreign or local—and to prevent the tyrannical use of force against We The People at any time. We acknowledge the right to bear arms is crucial to the preservation of Our freedom and democracy.
We The People also strike down as unconstitutional Public Law 107-56, known as the Patriot Act, which compromises personal freedoms and privacy rights under the guise of “national security”.
We The People hereby reinstitute, under the rights secured by the U.S. Constitution, the protection of a woman’s right to personal freedom to choose whether or not to reproduce and hereby strike down as unconstitutional the U.S. Government’s decision to leave the choice of protecting this freedom to the individual States. Despite the U.S. Supreme Court’s reversal of the legal holdings in Roe v. Wade, there can be no lawmaking that destroys a woman’s right to choose and that reduces the availability of safe abortions to terminate pregnancy. We The People do not need to agree with an individual’s choice to terminate a pregnancy to preserve the individual’s right to make that personal choice in the safest manner possible. We The People do not require U.S. Supreme Court decisions to secure the rights bestowed on Us by Our Creator. Our unalienable rights cannot be revoked by any law, individual, corporation, or government.
Further, We The People strike down Executive Order 12803 signed by President George H.W. Bush on April 30, 1992, that illegally granted the government the authority to sell America’s infrastructure by “the disposition or transfer of an infrastructure ‘asset’ such as by sale or by long-term lease from a State or local government to a private party” (these assets include: roads, tunnels, bridges, electricity supply facilities, mass transit, rail transportation, airports, ports, waterways, recycling/wastewater treatment facilities, solid waste disposal facilities, hospitals, prisons, schools, housing). We The People did not authorize the U.S. Government to act as Our agent or expressly authorize it to sell off or transfer Our properties, companies, lands, assets, industries and interests by any means, including trade agreements, to any foreign interest. Any and all U.S. properties and assets illegally and unconstitutionally sold to any and all foreign interests through the signing of Executive Order 12803—or that were not expressly sold by an individual owner with full knowledge that the property or interest or debt had been sold and consents to the transfer—shall be reviewed by a committee of We The People to determine whether these transactions or commitments should be honored. Further, We The People give the assurance that We will pursue criminal prosecution of those who have defrauded the public and will make every reasonable effort to return monies paid for illegally sold American property, assets or debts.
We The People also submit herein that global tyranny may be eliminated by employing “global debt forgiveness” whereby each nation and individual retains its own Assets but all debts shall be cancelled. This will disempower tyrannical forces seeking to rule over individuals and nations due to “debts owed”. We the living are the world and we can reset the global debt to zero and then resume the game of global finances without global tyranny.
We The People hold these truths to be self-evident, that all human beings regardless of race, creed, skin color, gender, age, size, religion, national origin, ancestry, disability, sexual preference, sexual orientation, and economic status, are created equal, endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. We further specifically hold that there is no inequality between human beings due to skin color, and that there is only one race—the human race.
We The People also hold it self-evident that a prosperous Earth with an abundant natural environment is inextricably tied to Our freedom. We are against anything that destroys a healthy environment—because there can be no life, liberty or pursuit of happiness without clean air, clean water, and Nature-made foods. We The People declare that the environmental rights of citizens are inherent and cannot be removed, annulled or overturned by government or law. Human beings have the fundamental right to freedom and equality in an environment of a quality that permits a life of dignity and well-being and We The People bear a solemn responsibility to protect and improve the environment for present and future generations.
We The People acknowledge prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience has shown that Humankind is more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce Us under absolute despotism, it is Our Right, it is Our Duty to throw off such government, and to provide New Guardians for Our future security.
It has become apparent that We must defend Ourselves from mortal harm against the U.S. Government—domestic enemies, traitors to American democracy. By its enacted laws, apathy, or dereliction of its duties, its actions or inactions, the U.S. Government has failed to preserve Our democracy against rogue politics which seek to enslave Us under tyranny, and has failed Us by its disgraceful lack of loyalty and accountability to We The People. Its failure has contributed to Our increased economic, spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional suffering.
The history involving all three branches of the U.S. Government (including but not limited to, the U.S. Congress, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Department of the Treasury, U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Bureau of Land Management, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation) is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over We The People.
The U.S. Government has failed to do what any reasonable person or party would do, and knew or should have known that harm would come to We The People in the following ways, including but not limited to:
Using the financial resources of We The People to create a digital, traceable currency or any other mechanism to financially control Us, with the objective of destroying Our freedom and prosperity;
Participating in international organizations, treaties and declarations including those of the World Health Organization that would render U.S. sovereignty and Our civil rights under the Constitution null and void;
Agreeing to participate in such policies as a Global Vaccine Passport system thereby destroying the liberty, travel, and freedom of We The People on the world stage and forcing Us into mandatory vaccinations;
Refusing to repeal the Sixteenth Amendment constituting taxation of Our personal income which renders Us in poverty to The Federal Reserve; failing to disband the Internal Revenue Service; and contributing to the robbery of We The People by imposing an “excess cost” of as much as $22.7 trillion between 1990 and 2023;
Allowing U.S. sovereignty, democracy and capitalism to be eroded into socialism and globalism;
Failing to protect U.S. natural resources from toxic chemicals such as per- and polyfluorinated alkyl substances (PFAS) also known as “forever chemicals”, among others, used in manufacturing, such as the chemical coating Teflon, and environmental processes such as hydraulic fracturing, circumventing the Clean Water Act through legal loopholes such as the “Halliburton Loophole”; destroying U.S. land, air and water by lax enforcement of practices and policies for controlling disposal of toxic industrial waste; and failing to shut down multi-state/multi-national pipelines hazardous to preservation of the clean water resources of the Nation;
Failing to ban/discontinue use of neonicotinoid insecticides and pesticides including glyphosate, thiamethoxam, and sulfoxaflor, which are devastating to pollinator species responsible for sustaining Our Nation’s crops and ecosystems, and causing the possible extinction of critical pollinator species such as honey bees and Monarch butterflies as well as endangering and contaminating Our Nation’s food supply;
Acting in gross negligence and breaching public trust by the televised advertising and dispensing of untested and/or unsafe pharmaceuticals and biotechnology including Covid-19 vaccines, boosters, and other vaccines harmful to human health;
Failing to maintain control over the U.S. borders with an open door policy to illegal aliens, creating a crisis at Our borders, increasing crime, sickness and chaos in border cities, and overburdening the U.S. financial system;
Brokering deals that use politicians to hide violations of environmental laws and policies; and making judges, politicians, and other governmental employees who are required to be impartial for the administration of justice and fairness dependent on it for unjust enrichment and promotion if they act in accord with its directives to the detriment and harm of We The People;
For declaring themselves vested with power to legislate on Our behalf—committing actions against Our wishes and consent including inciting wars with other nations;
Allowing policies that diminish the nutrition of the U.S. food supply such as the use of Codex Alimentarius of the United Nations to establish a subpar nutritional standard in the U.S., including the addition of genetically modified organisms into Our Nation’s food system thereby destroying the health of We The People;
Allowing political contributors to corrupt American politics and policies leading to the creation of “super PACs” through unlimited, undocumented, and tax-deductible donations from elites, corporations and unions, allowing the influence of corporate money to compromise Our voting process and laws;
Allowing voter suppression, disenfranchisement, and revocation of the principles of the Voting Rights Act;
Allowing the confiscation and conversion of the property of We The People as so called restitution for alleged income tax debts and through secret retention of the land mineral rights of unsuspecting American home owners;
Violating oaths of public office to defend the U.S. Constitution, Our democracy and Our civil rights, equating to criminal and civil negligence, and willful and intentional misconduct;
For impeding passing laws of immediate and pressing importance to We The People and impeding administrative progress of Our democratic processes by overloading Our government with the bureaucracy of written and inflexible rules, regulations and procedures with impossible demands to cause an economic collapse;
For failing to end international trade and business with countries seeking to destroy Our democracy;
Authorizing corporations and wealthy elites to avoid payment of their due share of impact fees and taxes while causing the bankruptcy of We The People by the enforcement of unconstitutional laws and/or inflexible rules.
We The People reserve the right to amend and supplement these grievances at any time as discovery proceeds.
Such has been the patient sufferance of We The People of the United States of America; and such is the necessity which now constrains Us to alter Our former system of government.

We will no longer argue with or try to convince the U.S. Government to act in accord with the will of We The People. Our trust has been betrayed by Our public representatives. Nonetheless, let the world know hereby that the fraud against We The People by the U.S. Government shall not divest Us of Our American fight, liberty or property.
We now call for swift remedy and relief for the fraud against Us, and for the history of repeated injuries and usurpations. We demand reconciliation by the following actions, including but not limited to:
The immediate cessation of the creation and implementation of a digital U.S. currency and prohibition of future creation and use of electronic currency to supplement or replace U.S. paper and coin currency at any time;
The initiation of processes to ensure complete separation from The Federal Reserve with minimal disruption to the financial stability and prosperity of the Nation;
The immediate cessation of forced and mandatory vaccinations and immediate withdrawal of participation in foreign declarations, treaties and organizations requiring the same that would supersede or negate the authority of the U.S. Constitution or the rights of American citizens secured thereunder at any time;
The immediate end of the waste of America’s oil reserves with strategic decrease of hydraulically fractured gas and oil infrastructures on public lands and in national preserves, the prohibition of multi-state/multi-nation pipelines and/or any other activity destructive to clean water resources with immediate steps taken to accelerate America’s transition to varying renewable and sufficient energy sources that will satisfy the demands of America’s needs for freedom, prosperity and travel. Any oil, gas, coal or natural gas production and use must be met with improved safeguards to ensure that production and usage does not add to the pollution of air and potable water resources;
The ban of harmful insecticides and pesticides with immediate effort undertaken for the repopulation of pollinator species such as honey bees and Monarch butterflies, to restore their health and natural environment to ensure the sustenance and abundance of Our Nation’s crops and food supply;
The ban of toxic “forever chemicals” such as per- and polyfluorinated alkyl substances (PFAS), with the initiation of plans to strategically phase out their use and initiating development of adequate substitutes;
The creation of a national waste to energy program as an energy source for Our Nation’s use;
The creation of a remediation program to clean U.S. waterways of all chemicals, pharmaceuticals, plastics, human waste and other harmful materials, to be funded by the manufacturers and industries that created the pollution;
The implementation and enforcement of regulations to hold chemical technology manufacturers such as Chemours and other industries doing business in the U.S. accountable for human rights violations and ecocide for toxic pollution, with charges for criminal prosecution and civil judgments requiring monetary compensation as well as funding for restoration of damaged environments and life;
Revocation of any remaining/reinstated free trade agreements weakening the U.S. economy, and immediate halt of the sale of key assets to foreign entities pursuant to Executive Order 12803;
The creation and implementation of teams of individuals from a variety of backgrounds to oversee the repair of America’s economy with economic solutions;
Mandating an orderly immigration system including enforcement of all applicable U.S. laws against illegal immigration, creation of border enforcement measures to improve border security limiting illegal migration and creating safe and orderly processes for people fleeing humanitarian crises to lawfully enter the U.S.;
Prohibiting the use of genetically modified organism technology as food sources, and increasing processes for improved husbandry practices to work with Nature for supplying and satisfying the agricultural and manufacturing needs of the Nation;
A permanent ban to new oil drilling, offshore or otherwise, in America’s Arctic;
Repeal of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act to allow for lawsuits against vaccine manufacturers;
Constitutional amendment limiting the salary, benefits, and length of service of U.S. officials within the legislative, executive and judicial branches of the U.S. government; and
The immediate removal of officials from their positions of public trust and disqualification to again hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States, to be subject to indictment, trial, judgment, and punishment according to law, including President Joe Biden and his administration, as well as any politician holding a position in the U.S. Government with proven political and/or financial ties or allegiance to anything other than We The People, Our Constitution and democracy, such as foreign governments and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) companies.

In every stage of these oppressions We have petitioned for redress, in the most humble terms. Our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A government marked by every act which evinces tyranny, is unfit to represent a Free People.

We acquiesce the necessity which denounces Our Separation, and Caution any agency, administration and domestic or foreign force attempting to extinguish this 2022 Declaration of Independence, or seeking to separate Us from Our civil liberties, properties, and assets, that We hold them as We hold the rest of humankind—Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.
Therefore, We The People, appealing to the Supreme Creator of the world and the Creator of the divine sovereignty and unalienable rights of We The People and all human beings everywhere, for the rectitude of Our intentions, do, in the Name and by the Authority of the good People of these United States of America, hereby solemnly publish and declare that We Are, and of Right Ought To Be, Free and Liberated from the bonds of those domestic and foreign enemies who seek to harm us.
The government of the United States of America derives its just power from the consent of the governed—We The People—and it is Our Will that We Are Absolved from all alleged intrusions; And all political connections between President Joe Biden, his administration, and any other elected official acting against the will, the rights and the liberties of We The People—Are, and ought to be, totally dissolved. If there is any individual within the U.S. Government not specifically named herein who is not in agreement with this 2022 Declaration of Independence, that individual or individuals are hereby released from office and duty and We The People shall provide new Guards for Our future security.
For the Support of this 2022 Declaration of Independence, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, We mutually pledge to each other Our Lives, Our Fortunes, and Our sacred Honor.
