HAPPPN is a grassroots organization created to give a united voice to We The People on the world stage to disrupt the current misguided and corrupt narrative in America and to set the record straight with the U.S. Government for its unilateral actions against the will of We The People.

A democracy represents the majority of its citizens, and HAPPPN’s first order of business was to modernize, after 246 years of existence, the iconic Declaration of Independence to reflect who We The People are, what We stand for, and to place America’s democracy back on its course of leading the world in liberty, equality, justice and prosperity. 

The Declaration of Independence states the principles on which our government and our identity as Americans are based, gives the foundation and philosophy of the United States, and gives meaning to the laws of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. These three documents are known collectively as the “Charters of Freedom” and have secured the rights of Americans for over 246 years.

The language of the Declaration of Independence is universal, setting a high moral standard to which We as Americans strive to achieve—a height to which we aspire. It is a Living Document with a set of ideals and standards to be achieved over time.  The Declaration of Independence is the electric cord that will continue to link the hearts of patriotic and liberty-loving People together as long as the love of freedom exists in the minds of human beings throughout the world.

The creators of the original Declaration of Independence defined with tolerable distinctness what they did consider all men created equal in—equal in certain unalienable rights, among which are “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” This they said, and this they meant. They did not mean to assert the obvious untruth that all were then actually enjoying that equality. They meant simply to declare the rights, so that the enforcement might follow as fast as circumstances should permit.

We The People alive today are the Living Keepers of America’s Democracy and have been tasked with preserving the integrity of the principles of America and the sovereignty, dignity and freedoms of human beings in the United States of America. The principles of the original Declaration of Independence and America are not founded on any one “religion” but in a belief that the Supreme Creator of the world endowed us as human beings with divine sovereignty, unalienable rights, and personal autonomy.

It is up to us the living to continue to refine the definition of “men” to now include all human beings without exception of gender, skin color, age, or economic status, to name a few.

We seek to ensure the continuation of our Freedom, Sovereignty, and Democracy, as well as Capitalism—meaning our rights to personal ownership of property, open competition, and individual incentives—including a benchmarking for superlative human achievements, limited only by an individual’s vision of the heights to which they can rise—to preserve these rights for all generations to come.

Governments do not give us our unalienable rights—they are here to secure them. 

The 2022 Declaration of Independence is a reminder to all Americans—including those in the U.S. Government—indeed, all people all over the Earth—that human beings do not receive unalienable rights such as “Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness” and to be treated with dignity and respect—from any government—unalienable rights are bestowed upon us by the Supreme Creator of the Earth when we are born.  Governments do not grant us the right to anything, we just ask for our rights to be in writing and enforced through governments. Human beings are granted unalienable rights when we take our first breath of life.  Governments are given power from the consent of the governed and governments will be disempowered if they forget who their true masters are—We The People.

The Declaration of Independence gives us the way to Correct the administration of the U.S. Government without overthrowing it.

HAPPPN. was created to unite Americans under the banner of the Declaration of Independence as a way to preserve their unalienable rights as sovereign human beings and U.S. citizens, today and for all generations of Americans to come.
